Notice of Intent and IHIP
Parents or guardians must submit a notice of intent by July 1st, or within 14 days of starting to homeschool. They are also required to send in an Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP) to the Department of Education, as well as Quarterly reports once the school year commences.
